I’m not sure if this was enough of an upgrade from microwaving my milk and using a standalone frother. I feel like with a couple more features, this would be a little more worth it. However, for what it does do, it’s a pretty good value for the price.
This little kettle makes liquids foamy. And it can make them warm, if you want. It can handle just enough liquid for a single latte.
What it does not do, is make liquid hot, or heat liquid flat, without any foam.
If you’re a drinker of lattes or foamy drinks – this is for you. It worked great with oat milk in my matcha latte using the “heating milk” function (the 2nd option of 4).
I had 2 issues using this so far, that will get better with practice. The first use, I may have ever so slightly filled it past the Max line for foam – because the lines are SO HARD TO SEE inside. And then, my daughter wanted to see the foam and lifted the pot off the base in the middle of running the thick foam cycle. Big mistake! There was no way to start from scratch, and upon restarting the cycle the foam completely exploded all over the counter.
The 2nd issue is that when you turn on the power button, you better think fast! Know what the option icons mean and what you want, and be super fast about clicking that power button to select the right option before the machine starts. You have about 1.5 seconds!! My brain can’t keep up with this in the morning, and I kept having to shut it off and turn it back on to quickly select the option. Now that I know I like “heating milk” I will know to quickly touch the power button 2x every time.
If it was slightly easier to select the option, and would also simply heat the milk without frothing, it would be much more useful, since avoiding the microwave for warm milk for children is something I’d also like.
Overall, for the couple of tricks this does, it’s a pretty nice addition to my coffee bar, which is an important part of my day – so it’s a win.

I am surprised by the quality of this frother, and it has an excellent price. The color and material are great. It has a lot of power, which I love because it makes a lot of foam for my coffee. 100% recommended!! It is the perfect size and what I liked the most is that it comes with an extra replacement spring that it has inside to make foam. I loved it!

If you have been looking to purchase a frother to make top notch cappuccinos, you should buy it! Wow it works amazing and th froth you get is perfect! I’ve been using it make cappuccinos every day. Made them even for friends and they were impressed. It is very sleak and looks great on the counter. It is easy to wash. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase this!
