This is my 2nd one. (Wife accidentally dropped 1st one). We have used it for many different foods and cooking choices. Certainly a time-saver. The best thing is that you can look on YouTube for instructions to cook anything you’re craving!

This is one of the best for cooking, pressure cooking, air frying. Looking forward to use it to dehydrate our herbs we have grown. The pressure cooker was used for a pot roast. The roast was so tender it literally was falling apart when removing it from the cooker. The roast was about 3 lbs and was cooked in 11/2 hrs. Easy to clean all the parts, saves you from having to heat your whole house in the summer.

I was dismayed when our 6+ year old Foodi display started to flicker and then panicked when it would turn on and then immediately shutoff. We use this appliance almost everyday!
So, it was a no-brainer to find a replacement. After considering the 8qt and a Ninja toaster oven, we decided to stick with what we knew and loved best and buy this model. Even though it is missing the broil feature that was on our old unit, we have fallen in love with the Foodi all over again!
It seems to be easier to clean even though I wasn’t sure I would like the crisper plate vs the old machine’s crisper basket. The non-stick surface does not disappoint. And, the cooking is even better with this newer unit vs our old machine.
We made awesome chicken wings with the pressure cooker (love, love, love the digital pressure cooker vs the old stovetop method) and the zucchini fries from the recipe book were great too. It’s rare that the husband can get on board with air frying vs traditional frying!
Here’s hoping that Ninja doesn’t changeup this appliance before we have to purchase another one as it has become a staple in our kitchen…and our camper…..and I think I need another one for the office…..

I cook so much more now that I have this. It makes cooking so much more fun and a breeze! Everything I cook using the Ninja Foodie, tastes perfect and SO delicious and I always have leftovers because I can cook so much at once in such little time. I’m so happy I bought this. My family has been eating so good because of it 😋 PLUS, no matter what I cook, I can wash it in seconds! It cleans so easily! Magic!

Great air fryer, bakes things well, slow cooker function works great, dehydrator setting makes great beef jerky. Pressure cooking is new to me so I can’t compare it to previous experience.
I wish the fan had a speed setting.
Noise – quiet as long as the fan isn’t running. Fan is quieter than a hair dryer, louder than a microwave.
Ease of cleaning – This is about my only complaint. I’m replacing the included bowl/insert because it is non-stick. You’re not supposed to scrub the Teflon coating, but stuff sticks to it no matter what. Will be replacing with the stainless steel so I can actually scrub it clean without getting Teflon in my food.
Durability – the Teflon coating is terrible. Everything else seems great though.
I’d avoid the included recipes and find recipes online – they’re decent starting suggestions but not for me. Using included recipes gave me overcooked steaks and undercooked chicken.

This was purchased as a replacement for the same model (much older) that was handed down to us. I actually like the aesthetics of this one better and was surprised to see added functions (can’t wait to try the yogurt and sous vide functions). You can cook entire meals in this appliance. And one Thanksgiving, when both the stove and oven were full, I made mashed potatoes from start to finish in the Ninja Foodi and those were so well-received, they have become a staple recipe at gatherings in our home.
If you are looking for a deluxe air fryer, consider the Ninja Foodi. It is so easy to throw frozen food into this machine and be eating a short time later. It is versatile and comes with several helpful additions.
