Love the finish this gives my pizzas in my oven as it makes them crispy and an even cook over whole bottom of base to the toppings. It’s a pre-seasoned cast iron pan so it’s not only heavy duty but already set and ready to go! Could also be used to cook other things as have also used it successfully for a pastry tart, again having a great even bake all over the base!

I’ve really gotten into outdoor pizza making and wanted a pan to be able to try making it on my grill. Being cast iron, I can put it on my grill and use it to cook pizza on. To use it, I par-baked my crust a bit, added toppings and then cooked the rest of the way through on the pan. I let the pan heat up a bit on the grill before transferring the pizza using a peel. It worked great! It is able to get a nice, crisp crust because it retains heat so well. It is also nice for serving pizza because it keeps it hot for a long time. The angled handles are a nice touch that help me transfer the hot pan more easily. Great design, heavy weight and feels durable. I rub mine with oil, like I do with all my cast iron after using to keep it nice.
